• Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

• Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

• Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or digital items are non-returnable unless faulty.
