01The website plan

A website for $500, then $199 a month

For $500 we build your business a fast, phone-first website with the pages a customer needs, words written with you, call and booking buttons, and forms that land somewhere you check. Then $199 a month covers hosting, edits, updates and your Google Business Profile. Most sites are live in about 7 days.

Most owners don't need a big site. They need a site that says what they do, shows real work, and makes it easy to call. That's what the build is for.

The site you're reading was built the same way.

  • 01

    The pages you need

Home, services, about and contact, plus whatever your business needs on top, like a gallery, a price list or questions customers ask. We agree the pages on the call, and we write the words with you.

  • 02

    Built for a phone first

A customer in a parking lot or on a job site is on their phone. We lay out every page for a small screen first, then make it work on a laptop.

  • 03

    Fast to open

Light pages and sized images, so the site opens quickly even on a weak signal. We check it with Google's Lighthouse test before it goes live.

  • 04

    Call and booking buttons

A call button a thumb can reach on every page. If you take appointments, a Book button that opens your booking tool. Your phone number in the same place on every page.

  • 05

    Forms that land somewhere

Short forms with only the fields you need. Every one goes to a place someone checks, like your email, your phone or your CRM. We send a test through each form before launch.

  • 06

    Search basics

A clear title and description on every page, a sitemap, and local search setup, so Google understands what you do and where you do it.

02The $199 a month

What the $199 a month covers, line by line

The $199 a month covers four things: hosting, so the site stays online; edits, so your hours, prices, photos and services stay current; updates, so the site keeps working; and Google Business Profile work. You don't pay a separate hosting company, and you don't have to learn how to edit a website.

  • Hosting. We keep your site online and running. There's no separate hosting company to hire and no server to think about.
  • Edits. Tell us what to change, like a new photo, a new price, your holiday hours or a service you just added, and we make the change for you.
  • Updates. We keep the site's software up to date, so it keeps working as phones and browsers change.
  • Google Business Profile work. Your photos, categories, services, hours and posts kept current, and a steady way to ask real customers for reviews. More on that further down this page.
  • Not in the $199. Bigger changes, like a new section or a new feature, get a flat price agreed before we start. Ad spend and any paid tool you choose stay on your own accounts and your own bill.

03How it goes live

How your site goes live in about 7 days

A site goes live in about 7 days once we have what we need from you: your logo, photos of your work, your services and hours, and access to your domain and Google profile. You talk to Justin Davis from the first call to launch, and you see a working draft on your phone before anything goes live.

The clock starts when your material arrives. If the photos take a week to gather, the date moves with them, and we tell you that up front instead of at the end.

  1. A free call

We talk for 30 minutes about your business, who you want to reach and what the site has to do. Bring the site you have now, if you have one.

  2. A flat price, agreed

You get the price and what's included in writing before any work starts. For most sites that's the $500 build and the $199 plan.

  3. You send what we need

Your logo, photos of real jobs, your services, your hours, the area you serve, and access to your domain and Google Business Profile. Missing something? We tell you what will do.

  4. The first few days: we build

We write the words with you, lay out the pages for a phone, and wire up the call button, the booking button and every form.

  5. About midweek: you see it

You get a working draft to open on your own phone. Tell us what's wrong, what's missing and what doesn't sound like you, and we fix it.

  6. About day 7: live

We point your domain at the new site, test every button and form on a phone, and bring your Google Business Profile in line with the site.

04What makes it work

What makes a website bring in work

A site brings in work when a customer can tell in one screen what you do, where you work and how to reach you, then do it with one tap. Real photos, plain prices or a plain answer on pricing, and one clear next step matter more than effects. Here is what we build in, with examples from our work.

None of this is fancy. It's the stuff that gets skipped when a site is built to look good in a meeting instead of on a phone.

  • 01

Say it in the first screen

What you do, where, and how to reach you, before anyone scrolls. On a phone, UPPF Studio's site opens with its headline, a Request Estimate button and a call button.

  • 02

    A call button within reach

The way to reach you should never be more than a tap away. The therapy practice site puts a free-call button on its first screen and keeps a bar pinned to the bottom of the phone screen as you scroll.

  • 03

    Real photos of real work

Customers can tell stock photos from the real thing. UPPF Studio's gallery shows cars in its own bay, under its own lit sign, not a stranger's garage.

  • 04

    Be plain about price

If you can show prices, show them. If every job is different, say how pricing works. The therapy practice site lists its session fees plainly, so nobody calls just to ask.

  • 05

    Let people try it first

UPPF Studio has a color selector and a window tint simulator, so a customer can see a look on a car before they reach out. A small tool can do more than a page of words.

  • 06

    One clear next step

Every screen should point to one thing to do. Loam & Light, our own planner brand, opens with one button to get the bundle, then shows sample pages from inside the planner.

05Content

Content made for you

We make the content your page and your ads run on: short videos, photos, graphics, posts and captions, made and posted on a schedule. How often we post is agreed in your plan, based on your business and your budget. We use real photos and video of your work wherever we can, because customers trust what's real.

For our own shop, UPPF Studio, we made short vertical ads for paint protection film and window tint: a rock chip on the highway, the heat inside a parked car in a Houston summer, and end cards asking people to text a photo of their car. The UPPF Studio case study shows the work.

  • Short videos for Reels and Stories, made to be watched on a phone, with the words on screen for people watching with the sound off.
  • Photos and graphics of your work, your place and what you offer.
  • Posts and captions for your Facebook and Instagram page, in plain words that sound like you, not like an agency.
  • Ad creative, the videos and images your ads run on, made from the same material so your page and your ads look like one business.
  • A posting schedule agreed in your plan, so your page doesn't go quiet for months at a time.
  • Real material first. When a scene can't be filmed and we make it with AI tools, we turn on the platform's own AI label when we post it.

06Meta ads

Meta ads: what $1,500 to $3,000 a month covers

Content and Meta ads cost $1,500 to $3,000 a month, depending on how much gets made and run. That covers the content, the campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, the pixel and Conversions API setup, and a monthly report in plain words. Ad spend is separate. You pay it straight to Meta, on your own ad account.

You set the budget for ad spend, and you can see every dollar of it inside your own Meta account. Our fee never has ad spend mixed into it.

  • 01

    Campaigns set up and managed

We build the campaigns, aim them at the area you serve, and keep managing them: watching what runs, pausing what doesn't, and trying new ads from the content we make.

  • 02

    Ad creative made for you

The videos and images come from the same content plan as your page, so you're not paying a second shop to make the ads.

  • 03

    Pixel and Conversions API

We set up Meta's pixel on your site and its Conversions API, so Meta can see which clicks turned into a form, a call or a booking, and show your ads to more people like them.

  • 04

    Your ad account, your page

The ad account and the Facebook and Instagram page are yours. We work inside them with access you give us, and you can see everything we do there.

  • 05

    A report in plain words

Once a month you get reach, leads and spend, written so you can read it in a few minutes. No screenshots of charts you have to decode.

  • 06

    Ad spend, kept separate

Meta bills you directly, on your own card, for what the ads spend. It's never part of our fee, and you decide how much it is.

07After the click

How ads connect to a follow-up system

An ad only pays off when someone answers the lead. We send each ad to a page that matches it, the lead lands in one place, and a follow-up answers fast, even after hours. That follow-up is built on the AI & Software side of Elevate, so your ads and your replies work as one system.

Here's the path. Someone sees your ad and taps it. They land on a page that says the same thing the ad said, with one thing to do: call, text, book or fill in a short form.

The lead goes somewhere you'll see it, like a CRM or your phone, with where it came from. Then the follow-up starts: a quick reply, a reminder if they don't book, and an alert to you. If you don't have that yet, it's often the first thing to build, because ads that bring in leads nobody answers just cost more.

We built all three for our own shop, UPPF Studio: the website, the CRM and the Meta ads. That's why we plan the follow-up before the first ad goes out. See how we build CRMs and follow-up, or the CRM Elevate runs on.

08Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile work, included with the website plan

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a customer sees when they search for what you do. The website plan includes keeping it right: photos, categories, services, hours and posts, plus a steady way to ask real customers for reviews. We never write, buy or trade fake reviews, for you or anyone else.

  • Photos. Real photos of your work, your place and your team, added over time so the profile doesn't look abandoned.
  • Categories. The right main category and the extra ones that fit, because Google uses them to decide which searches you show up for.
  • Services and area. Every service you offer and the area you serve, matching what your website says.
  • Hours. Hours that match when you really answer, with holidays added before they happen.
  • Posts. New work, updates and offers posted to your profile, so customers see a business that's open and busy.
  • Review asks, the same way every time. After a job, every customer gets the same simple ask with a direct link, not only the ones you think were happy. Google's rules don't allow picking.
  • Never fake reviews. No made-up reviews, no bought reviews, no friends posing as customers. Google removes them, and they can get a profile suspended.

A typical agency quote next to our plan

HTX Website Designs, a Houston web design agency, publishes $2,500 to $8,000 for a website. Our build is $500, then $199 a month for hosting, edits, updates and Google Business Profile work, live in about 7 days. A bigger quote can buy a bigger site. The questions below help you compare any two offers.

If you need a large site with many pages and custom features, a bigger quote can be worth it, and we'll tell you so on the call. For most owner-run businesses, the questions in the left column decide which deal is better.

A typical agency website quote

  • $2,500 to $8,000 for the build, the range HTX Website Designs, a Houston web design agency, publishes.
  • Hosting and edits: ask if they're included or billed on their own.
  • Your Google Business Profile: ask if anyone looks after it once the site is done.
  • Timeline: ask for a go-live date in writing.
  • Ownership: ask who owns the site and the accounts if you stop working together.

The Elevate website plan

  • $500 to build.
  • $199 a month for hosting, edits, updates and Google Business Profile work.
  • Live in about 7 days, once we have your material.
  • A flat price agreed before work starts.
  • You own what we build: your site, your ad account, your page.

10Fit

Who it's for, and who it isn't for

This is for owner-run local businesses in Houston and about 50 minutes around: trades, salons, clinics, restaurants and shops. It fits if you need a site you're proud to hand out, a flat price, and someone to keep it current. It isn't for large companies with long approval chains or anyone who wants promised lead numbers.

A good fit

  • You own the business, or you make the call on what it buys.
  • You have no website, or one you'd rather not hand to a customer.
  • Most of your customers find you on a phone, through Google or Facebook.
  • You want a flat price before anything starts, and one person to talk to.
  • You can answer the leads that come in, or you want help building the follow-up.

Not a fit

  • A large company with a long approval chain and a committee for every page.
  • A site with many languages or a huge catalog. A bigger team will serve you better.
  • Running ads while nobody answers the phone or the messages. Fix the follow-up first.
  • Wanting a promised number of leads. No one honest can promise that.

11The work

Sites and ads we've made

The proof is work you can open on your phone. UPPF Studio is our own paint protection and tint shop in Houston: we made its website, its CRM and its Meta ads. We built the site for a Houston therapy practice. And Loam & Light is our own planner brand's online store.

Each case study shows real screens from the live site, what we built and why, and the UPPF Studio one includes the ads. See all our work.

Questions

Questions about websites and ads

What does the $199 a month cover?

Hosting, so your site stays online. Edits, so your photos, prices, hours and services stay current without you touching the site. Updates, so it keeps working as phones and browsers change. And Google Business Profile work: photos, categories, services, hours, posts and a steady way to ask customers for reviews. Bigger changes, like a new section or feature, get a flat price agreed before we start.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once the build is paid for, the site we made for your business is yours, as your agreement describes. If you run ads with us, the ad account and the Facebook and Instagram page are yours too, and we work inside them with access you give us. Who holds what is written down before any work starts.

How fast can my site be live?

About 7 days from when we have what we need: your logo, photos of your work, your services, your hours and access to your domain. You see a working draft on your phone around the middle of that week. If your material takes longer to gather, the date moves with it, and we tell you that up front.

Can you redo my existing website?

Yes. We rebuild it on the same plan and keep what still works, like your domain, your best photos and the words customers already respond to. Send us the link before the call and we'll look at it first. If your site needs more than a normal build, we tell you the flat price before anything starts.

Do I need Meta ads?

Not always. If people already search for what you do, a good site and a well kept Google Business Profile may be enough to start. Ads make sense when you want more people to find you than search alone brings, and when someone can answer the leads fast. We'll tell you which one comes first on the call.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No. The $1,500 to $3,000 a month covers the content, the campaigns, the pixel and Conversions API setup, and the monthly report. Ad spend is separate. You pay it straight to Meta on your own ad account, you decide how much it is, and you can see every dollar of it there. It's never mixed into our fee.

Do you write the words on the site?

Yes. We write them with you, from the call and from what you send us about your services, your prices and your customers. We keep it plain, short and in your voice, so it sounds like you talking to a customer. You read every page on your phone before the site goes live and tell us what to change.

What do you need from me?

Your logo if you have one, photos of real jobs, a list of your services, your hours, the area you serve, and access to your domain and Google Business Profile. For ads, access to your Facebook and Instagram page and your ad account. If something is missing, we tell you what will do instead of holding up the build.

Do you post content for me?

Yes, with the content and Meta ads plan. We make the videos, photos, graphics and captions and post them to your Facebook and Instagram page on a schedule. How often we post is agreed in your plan. Posts to your Google Business Profile are part of the $199 website plan.

What if I want to leave?

Once the build is paid for, you own the site we made for you, as your agreement describes. Your ad account and your page are already yours, so stopping never takes them away from you. What happens to your hosting, your domain and your site when you stop is written into your agreement before work starts, so nothing is a surprise.
