Automations that connect the tools you already use

A new lead gets filed, booked, reminded, invoiced and asked for a review. Nobody copies details from one screen to another.

Send a test lead to watch each step run, with the time it ran.

Every run is logged like this. If a step fails, a person gets an alert.

  • Each step runs the moment the one before it does.
  • You choose approve or auto for every message.
  • A log shows what ran and when.
  • If a step fails, a person gets an alert.

What business automation is

Business automation connects the tools you already use so work passes along without anyone retyping it. A new lead gets filed with its source, the calendar books it, the reminder goes out and the invoice follows. Each step runs on its own, with a log of what happened and an alert when something fails.

Your tools pass the work along on their own.

What you get

ReplacesCopying the same details from a form into the CRM, the calendar, the invoice and an email.

  • New leads filed with their source
  • An alert on your phone when one lands
  • Booking reminders and no-show follow-ups
  • Invoices and receipts sent on time
  • Review asks after the job is done
  • Each message on approve or auto, your call

How it works

  1. Day 1

Free 15 to 30 minute call

We trace one lead through your tools and mark where details get retyped.

  2. Next

    Pick the first flow

We pick the flow that saves the most time. You choose approve or auto.

  3. Go live

    Turn it on, check logs

It goes live on the date in your plan. Every run is logged.

  4. After launch

    Add the next flow

Once it runs cleanly, we add the next one.

By hand, a connector app or a custom build?

Doing it by hand costs only time, and steps get dropped on busy days. Connector apps are cheap to start and fine for short, simple chains. When steps get long, must run every time or touch several tools, a custom build on your own accounts is steadier, for a build and a monthly price.

Are automations right for your business?

They fit when someone retypes details between tools, or follow-up depends on memory. With one tool and a few leads a week, it can wait.

Signs it fits

  • You copy details from forms into other tools.
  • Reminders and review asks go out only when you remember.
  • Invoices go out late because it is a manual step.
  • You use three or more tools that do not talk to each other.

Questions owners ask

Which tools can you connect?

Most tools that allow it, such as Google Workspace, Outlook, QuickBooks, Stripe, Square and common form and booking tools. We check yours on the free call.

Could a simple app connector do this instead?

Sometimes, and we will tell you when it is enough. When the steps get long or have to run every time, we build them into your own system, on your accounts.

What happens if something breaks?

Every run is logged, and a failed step sends an alert to a person. Fixes are covered by the monthly price.

What does an automation cost?

Every build is priced on a free 15 to 30 minute call, after we see what it needs to do and connect to. You get one flat price in writing before any work starts, and you own what we build.

What should I automate first?

The task you repeat most and forget most, often the first reply to a new lead or the reminder before a booking. On the free call we trace one lead through your tools and pick the step that saves the most time.

Will it message customers without my approval?

Only if you choose that. Each message type starts in approval mode, and you switch it to auto when you trust it. Texts go only to people who opted in, STOP works on every one, and you can check texting rules with a lawyer.

What happens when one of my tools changes?

Tools change their settings and connections now and then. When that breaks a flow, the run log shows it and a person gets an alert. Fixing it is covered by the monthly price, so you are not left with a dead flow.

Do I own the automations?

Yes. We build them on accounts in your business's name, and you own what we build. That is different from a flow living inside someone else's login. The free call covers what the build and the monthly plan include.
