01The prices
Every price on one page
Custom software is $1,000 to $5,000 one time. A website is $500 to build and $199 a month. Content and Meta ads are $1,500 to $3,000 a month plus ad spend you pay to Meta. Google Business Profile work comes with the website plan. The first call is free.
Where a software build lands inside $1,000 to $5,000 depends on what it does, and you know the exact number before work starts. Where the content and ads plan lands depends on how much gets made and run each month.

02What you get
What each price includes
Each price comes with a set scope. The software price covers the build and the setup. The website price covers the build, then hosting and edits every month. The ads price covers the content and the campaigns, not the ad spend. Here's what sits inside each one.
- 01
First call
Thirty minutes on Google Meet. We look at how customers reach you today and where they slip away, and tell you plainly whether we can help. No commitment.
- 02
Consulting and the written plan
We search your trade, call and text your line, time your form and walk your booking path. The plan says what we found, what to fix first, what each fix costs and who would do it. More on consulting.
- 03
AI Implementation & Software Development
One system built around how you already work: a CRM, booking, AI text-back and missed-call follow-up, a dashboard or automations. Built, set up and handed over, and you own it. More on AI & Software.
- 04
Website plan
A mobile-first site, live in about 7 days, for $500. Then $199 a month covers hosting and edits, with Google Business Profile work included. New pages or features get a flat price first. More on Marketing.
- 05
Content and Meta ads
Content made and posted on a schedule, Meta ad campaigns set up and managed, and a monthly report on reach, leads and spend. Ad spend is separate and stays on your own account.
- 06
Google Business Profile work
Work on your Google Business Profile, like categories, hours and photos, so the details customers check before they call are right. No separate bill.
03How a price gets set
A flat price in writing before work starts
Every paid job starts with a free 30-minute call and turns into a written scope with one flat price. You see what gets built, the timeline and the cost before you say yes. If the scope changes later, the change is written down and priced before it happens.
We don't work hourly. A flat price means a slow week of building is our problem, not yours.
A free 30-minute call
You tell us how work comes in and what bugs you most. We tell you what we'd fix first, and whether an off-the-shelf tool would do the job instead.
A written scope
What gets built, what it replaces, the timeline and the flat price. Any running costs are named in the same document, with whose account pays them.
Your yes
Nothing starts until you agree to the scope and the price in writing. No hourly meter, and no estimate that grows.
Changes get priced first
If you want something added, or something turns out different than planned, we write the change down and price it before it happens. Nothing lands on your bill without your yes.
Live, and yours
A first system goes live in about 2 weeks, a website in about 7 days. Once it's paid for, you own what we built.
04After the build
What you own, and what keeps running
The build price is one time, and once it's paid for, you own everything we build. A few things can keep running after launch, like a texting line or an AI model. Each one is named in your written scope, with who pays it, before you approve anything.
- You own it. The CRM, the automations, the website. Ownership is written into your agreement before work starts, so there are no surprises at handover.
- The website plan. $199 a month for hosting and edits, with Google Business Profile work included. Your agreement says where the domain and hosting sit, and what happens to your site if you stop the plan.
- AI usage. If your build uses an AI model, the scope says which one and whose account it bills.
- Your texting line. Texts go from your own registered business number, only to people who opted in. The line is yours, on your account.
- Where your software runs. Where your system is hosted, and who pays for that, is written in the scope before you say yes.
- Tools you already pay for. Any paid tool your system connects to stays on your own account. So does your Meta ad spend.
- You see everything. Every message the system sends and every conversation it has is saved with the full transcript, so you can check its work any time.
05The market
What others charge for the same kind of work
We read the pages that rank when Houston owners search for this work. Cost guides that rank for custom CRM cost quote $10,000 to $60,000. A Houston web design agency publishes $2,500 to $8,000 for a site. Rented AI receptionist tools on the Houston search run $24.95 to $300 a month.
Their numbers are their own, from pages we read on the same search. Scope differs from one company to the next, so compare what's included, not just the price.
A rented tool can be the right call. If one does the job for less, we'll tell you on the free call.

06Why it costs less
Why our price is lower than the cost guides
It isn't a sale price. It's how the work gets done. One builder with AI tools does work that used to take a team, there are no account managers to pay, the scope is fixed before we start, and the parts already run in our own business every day.
One builder, AI tools. The person who scopes your job is the person who builds it. AI tools handle work that used to need a staff, like writing and checking code, drafting documents and testing. Every piece gets reviewed before it ships.
No account managers. You talk to Justin from the first call to launch. Nobody sits between you and the work, so you aren't paying for layers.
Fixed scope. The scope is written down before we start, so the build can't creep and the bill can't grow. Changes get written and priced first.
Parts already running. Intake, a pipeline, booking, follow-up and a dashboard already run in our own business every day. A build fits those parts to how your business works instead of starting from a blank page. See them in the Elevate CRM.
None of that means less for you. You see the system as it comes together, and you own it when it's done.
07Example numbers
What one missed lead can cost, with example numbers
Here's the math with made-up example numbers. Swap in your own. Say you miss 4 calls a week, 1 in 4 of those callers would have booked, and a typical job pays $400. That leak is about $400 a week, or $20,800 over 52 weeks. All example numbers.
This isn't a promise. No system wins back every missed job, and your numbers will differ. The math shows what a leak is worth, so you can weigh a fix against it. Want to run your own numbers? Take the free check.
- Missed calls a week: 4. Example number. Use your own count, or a fair guess.
- Callers who would have booked: 1 in 4. Example number. You know your trade better than we do.
- A typical job: $400. Example number. Use what a normal job pays you.
- The leak. 4 calls times 1 in 4 is 1 lost job a week. At $400 a job, that's $400 a week, or $20,800 over 52 weeks. Example result.
- The fix. A missed-call text-back system is a software build, $1,000 to $5,000 one time, plus any running costs named in the scope.
Questions
Questions about pricing
What does the $199 a month cover?
It covers hosting for your website, edits and updates to it, and work on your Google Business Profile. Bigger changes, like new pages or new features, get a flat price in writing before any work starts, so you always know the cost before it happens. The $500 build is separate and one time, and your site goes live in about 7 days.
Is there a monthly fee for software builds?
The build is one price, one time, somewhere from $1,000 to $5,000. Some systems have running costs, like an AI model's usage or a texting line. Each one is named in your written scope, with whose account it bills, before you approve anything. If a cost isn't in the scope, you don't pay it.
Do you work hourly?
No. Every job gets a flat price in writing before work starts. You see what gets built, the timeline and the cost, and that number doesn't grow because a task took longer than we thought. If you ask for more, the extra work gets its own flat price first, and you can say no.
What if the scope changes during the build?
Then we write the change down first. Anything outside the agreed scope is described, priced and agreed in writing before that work starts, the same way the original scope was. Nothing gets added to your bill without your yes in writing. If a change isn't worth its price to you, keep the original plan.
Do you promise results?
No one honest can. What happens with your leads depends on your market, your prices and how you handle the work. What we do put in writing is the price, the scope and the timeline. You own everything we build, and you get full transcripts of everything the system does, so you can see exactly what it did.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Once it's paid for, everything we build for you is yours: the website, the CRM, the automations. Ownership is written into your agreement before work starts, so there are no surprises at handover. Tools you already pay for stay on your own accounts, and so does your ad spend.
Is ad spend included in the Meta ads price?
No. The $1,500 to $3,000 a month pays for the content and for setting up and running the campaigns. Ad spend is separate. You pay it straight to Meta from your own account, so you can see every dollar that goes to ads, and you decide how much to spend.
Why is software a range and not one price?
Because builds differ. A missed-call text-back is a smaller job than a CRM with booking, follow-up and a dashboard. Where yours lands inside $1,000 to $5,000 depends on what it does, and you get the exact flat price in writing before any work starts. The first call, where we figure that out, is free.
Does the first call cost anything?
No. The first 30-minute call is free, with no commitment. We look at how customers reach you and where they slip away, and tell you plainly whether we can help. If paid work makes sense after that, you get a flat price in writing before anything starts.
