What lead and job tracking is
Lead and job tracking records where each lead came from, what happened next and where every job stands today. It saves the source the moment a lead lands, stamps each step with a time and flags anything stuck, so you can see which sources turn into paid jobs and not just calls.
Where every lead came from, where every job stands.
What you get

- Go live
First version goes live
It goes live on the date in your plan. Stuck jobs get flagged to the right person.
- After launch
Read what the data says
After a few weeks, we look at which sources turn into paid jobs.
How should you track where leads come from?
Asking every customer how they heard about you is free, but answers are often a guess. A call tracking tool gives each ad its own number and counts calls, for a monthly fee. Custom tracking saves the source on every call, form and text and follows the job to paid, so you see what each source earns.
Is lead and job tracking right for your business?
It fits when you pay for leads but cannot say which ones pay back. With only a few leads a month, a simple list may do.

Questions owners ask
How do you know where a lead came from?
Forms save the page and ad a visitor came from, tracking numbers show which listing or ad a call came from, and anything else gets asked once and saved.
Can it track jobs after the sale?
Yes. Stages run all the way to done and paid, with a flag on anything that sits too long.
Does it work with the tools I have?
Usually. We connect your forms, phone line, calendar and payments. If something cannot connect, we say so on the free call.
What does lead and job tracking cost?
Every build is priced on a free 15 to 30 minute call, after we see what it needs to do and connect to. You get one flat price in writing before any work starts, and you own what we build.
Do I need tracking numbers?
No. They are optional. Forms already save where a visitor came from. A tracking number helps when you want to know which ad or listing a phone call came from. We talk it through on the free call.
Can it handle repeat customers and referrals?
Yes. A repeat customer is linked to their earlier jobs, and a referral can be labeled with who sent it. That way you can see how much of your work comes from people who already know you.
Can it show how my ad spend compares to results?
It can line up spend and paid revenue by source, so you see which ads earn their cost. We need your ad account connected, or the spend entered, to do it. Meta ads are one common source.
How long does it take to set up?
Small jobs take a day or two, bigger ones a week or two. After that, the numbers get more useful as leads come in. The dates go in your PDF plan before you say yes.
