A note from Justin
I'm Justin Davis. I started Elevate here in Houston to build the things a small business actually runs on: the website a customer finds, the system that answers them, and the follow-up that makes sure nobody gets forgotten.
I scope every project myself on a 30-minute call, and I'm the person you deal with from that call to launch. There is nobody in between and no handoff to someone you have never met. We build with AI tools instead of a staff of account managers, which is why a custom build costs $1,000 to $5,000 and not ten times that.
You get a flat price in writing before any work starts. Once it's paid for, you own what we built for you. And if an off-the-shelf tool will do the job, I'll tell you on the call.
My own businesses run on the same kind of system I'd build for you. UPPF Studio, our paint protection and tint shop, gets its site, its CRM and its ads from us. So does this site. You can look at all of it before we ever talk.

03How we work
What we hold to
One builder you can call, AI tools doing the work that used to need a team, and a scope written down before anything starts. That is the whole model, and it is the reason the price is what it is. These are the rules that come with it.
- The price is agreed first. What gets built, when it goes live and what it costs are in writing before any work starts. Changes get the same treatment.
- You own what you pay for. Your site, your system, your data and your accounts stay yours.
- You see everything. You see the build as it comes together, and every message your system sends is on the record of the person it went to, in full.
- A person approves what goes out. AI replies start in approval mode, and questions about price, complaints and anything legal always go to a person.
- Plain words. The scope is written in plain English, and so is every message your system sends.
- No invented numbers. This site has no testimonials and no made-up results. When we have a measured number, it will have a date next to it.

Who we fit, and who we don't
We are built for small, owner-run local businesses: trades, salons, clinics, restaurants and shops where the owner answers the phone and wants fewer jobs to slip away. If that is not you, we would rather say so on the first call than waste your time.
Not a fit
- A team whose needs an off-the-shelf tool already covers for less.
- A startup with no customers yet that wants an app built.
- A project that needs a large team, procurement or a long security review.
