Book the clean while they are still comparing quotes

The call you missed, booked anyway

When your hands are full, the system texts back from your number, asks what is going on and offers a real time from your calendar. Here is how that looks for a cleaning business.

It texts back from your number and books a real time.

  • Texts back in the same minute, from your business number.
  • Offers open times from your real calendar.
  • Puts the job in your CRM with the details.
  • You can read every message and step in any time.

How would this work for my business?

For a cleaning business, we usually start with a text back that asks what kind of clean and the size of the home, then offers real open times. Then quote requests land in your booking tool, first-time clients get a recurring offer, and reminders carry a clear cancellation policy.

Cleaning jobs go to whoever answers first with a clear next step. When you are in the middle of a clean, the call goes to voicemail and the client books the next company that replies. A text back within a minute, a quote request that asks for the right details and an offer to make it recurring keep those clients.

What slips away in a cleaning business

  • Calls during cleans. Your hands are busy, and the phone is in the car. In a CallRail survey of 1,000 US consumers, 21% said they immediately call another business when nobody answers.
  • Quote requests with no details. Bedrooms, bathrooms, size, pets and the kind of clean decide the price. Without them you play phone tag.
  • First cleans that stay one-time. Nobody asks, at the right moment, whether they want every two weeks.
  • Cancellations. A canceled visit leaves a hole nobody fills.
  • Reviews. Clients love a clean house and forget to say so online.

Houston is a wide metro, so drive time between jobs matters. The first reply can ask for a ZIP code, so you only book the areas you actually serve.

What we would build first

A text-back that asks the right questions

When a call is missed, a text goes out from your number within a minute. It says it is automated, asks what kind of clean and the size of the home, and offers real open times. Price questions go to you unless you set starting prices. See how missed call text back works.

A quote request that lands in your booking tool

The form on your site collects bedrooms, bathrooms, the type of clean and the date, and writes it straight into your booking tool or CRM. If you are still choosing that tool, read booking software for cleaning businesses first.

A recurring offer after the first clean

The day after a first clean, one text asks how it went and whether they want a regular visit. A yes goes to you to set the schedule. A no ends it.

Reminders and a clear cancellation policy

A reminder the day before, with your policy in plain words. Clients who need to move a visit reply to the text, and you see it right away.

How do you turn one-time cleans into recurring clients?

Ask once, at the right moment, with a real offer. The day after a first clean, when the house still looks good, a short text asking about a weekly or every-two-weeks visit gets an easy yes or no. Put the next date in the reply, keep the same cleaner when you can, and let a no be a no.

Marketing that fits cleaning companies

  • Google Business Profile. Real photos of your team and finished rooms, your service area and review replies. See the profile checklist.
  • A site with a quote request that takes a minute. Services, the areas you serve and what is included in each kind of clean.
  • Meta ads for move-outs and first cleans. Facebook and Instagram fit a clear first-clean offer to neighborhoods you serve. Read what a Meta ads budget buys before you spend.

How it works day to day

  1. A call comes in while your team is cleaning and rings out.
  2. Within a minute the client gets a text from your number.
  3. They reply with the kind of clean, the size of the home and a date.
  4. The assistant offers two real times. They pick one.
  5. The visit lands in your booking tool, and you get an alert with the whole thread.
  6. Pricing questions, complaints and anything unusual go to a person first.

Who this fits

It fits owner-run cleaning companies, residential or small commercial, where the owner or a lead cleaner also answers the phone. It is a poor fit if an office manager already answers every call and form within minutes.

How pricing works

  • First call: free, 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Pricing: We set the price on the free call, once we know what you need. A text-back on its own is among our smaller builds. A booking flow with a CRM and a dashboard is larger.
  • What you get: AI and software builds you own, plus hosting, AI usage, upkeep, updates and support. A small build can be live in a day or two, a bigger one in a week or two. Google Business Profile and content with Meta ads are available too. If we run Meta ads, ad spend is paid to Meta directly and is separate from our service fee.

The flat price is in writing before any work starts.

What it will not do

It does not answer the phone or inspect a home. It does not handle keys or alarm codes by text. And if booking software you can rent covers what you need, we will say so on the call.

Start with a free call

What you can count on

No price list and no hourly meter. Every project is priced on a free 15 to 30 minute call, then these four things hold for every job.

Priced on a free call, flat and in writing.

How pricing works
  • A free 15 to 30 minute call about how calls and leads reach you today
  • One flat price in writing, once we know what you need
  • Nothing starts until you say yes, and changes are priced first
  • You own what we build: the code, the data and the accounts

Questions owners ask

Can it give an instant price?

Only prices you approve. If you price by bedrooms and bathrooms, your booking form can show a starting price. Deep cleans and move-outs often need a person to confirm.

Can it book recurring cleans?

Yes, inside the rules you set: which days, which areas and how far out. The recurring schedule itself lives in your booking tool.

Should clients text us their door or alarm codes?

No. Entry details belong in your booking tool or client record, where only your team can see them. The assistant points clients there and never asks for codes in a text thread.

Does it work with ZenMaid, Launch27 or Jobber?

Often, yes. On the free call we check what you use today and tell you in writing what connects.
